I wondering whats the pros and cons of the 04 neon srt. My parents were going to buy me one but the price is 6000 but they were going to offer 4000 for it. I used 96 neon highliner and found after that 96 still had issues with the circuit board in the first gen.

Are you sure that they are talking about a SRT?...they never really called them "Neon SRT"... that's an awefully low price for an SRT...you do know that is the high performance turbocharged verison?
Maybe you are talking about a Neon SXT...the price sounds right for that model
Never heard of any issues with "circut boards" in the 2nd gen (2000 and later) models...

well, chances are it is a typo....and this is at a "stealership" also?
Even tho the last SRT was made in 2005, I don't know of any dealership that would sell an SRT for any less than 10k...unless it is real high mileage and trashed... and SRT for 6000 is a fixer-upper and you will have ALOT of problems
4 or 6 thousand for an SXT is a good fair price. I bought my 2004 SE (SE is a base model, SXT has more bells and whistles) back in 2006 for around 7000, it had like 30k miles on it. ..and that was from a dealership
there is a slim possibility that it might be what is called an "SRT-D"...which stands for SRT design.... it is basically a regular Neon, no 2.4 L engine or turbo...but they put on the SRT hood, bumpers and wheels...to make it look like and SRT, without the performance. kinda rare to find those, I have heard...
