in my 2001 dodge neon i have a 4 cd changer and i was woundering if i could get a deck and still be abel to hook the cd changer up to it?

NO you cant if im correct there is a whole wiring harness from the cd changer that plugs in to your head unit

 

+1... have heard there is no adapter that will connect that stock changer to any aftermarket deck...

but screw it... ditch the radio and the changer and just get a deck that will play MP3 discs

you can rip yer CD's to get the MP3's, then you can burn like a hundred MP3's on 1 disc...no need for the changer!

 

or get a radio with usb connection and use a thumb drive. 16GB of music ftw!
