The only code I see in my book is the 462. The fuel level sending unit is in the fuel tank. You need to drop the fuel tank to change it. The instrument cluster module is right in front of you (when you're in the driver's seat). Why do you want to change it?

I recently repaired an inoperative instrument cluster by disassembling it and soldering the pin connectors to the contacts. The design isn't very good, but soldering it fixed the indication problem.

P1687 No Cluster Bus Message, P1681 No I/P Cluster CCD/J1850 Messages Received. The instrument Cluster shows how much mph i'm goin, also shows how much rpm, and gas.
