The other day, my wife and I were driving home from work, and suddenly the power steering went out on our 2001 Dodge Neon. When I got to my garage, I noticed that there was no longer a belt for power steering and/or AC. I went to NAPA, got the belt, and put it on twice last night; however, every time I start the car, the belt comes off. Any suggestions or help to get this fixed would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

 

Anything hit it that you know of? I'd make sure both pulleys it sits in spin straight for starters.
