Default Dodge neon transition form hubcaps to alloy wheels

I have a 2001 plymouth neon. I recently purchased some 2001 dodge neon wheels from a friend. They look like this:

except they are not chrome. They are 15". The tires are 185 60 15. Right now i have my stock wheels on that are 185 65 14. I was wondering how this will affect my gas mileage and how the car will handle. Thanks in advance.

Neither are going to change in any noticeable way.

+1 on no difference...

I wnet from the stock 14" with hibcaps to 16" custom wheels with 205/50/16's and didn't notice any difference in mileage or on the speedo...did handle better cuz they are wider, but the downside is that the skinnyer stock tires work better in the snow than the wide custom ones.
Here's a pic...top is how I bought it...middle is a a deranged period of mine! (removed hubcaps and put on chrome trim rings) Bottom is pretty much how it is now. (no paint change, just different lighting and cameras)

...also don't know about using stock lug nuts. Those new wheels are obviously not any kind of stock Neon wheel, and when I got my new wheels, they included the new lug nuts, they called them 'tuner lugs'..and they come with a special 'keyed' socket

No, you will need new lug nuts providing your stock lug nuts were like mine. Huge. You'll need the small, "tuner" conical seat lug nuts.

@Pablodragon -- the wheels i have came off of a 2001 dodge neon, not sure what submodel.. they are like the 2001 r/t but smaller i think... they are stock just my car didnt come with that option.

I got these wheels from a friend and he kept the lugnuts for another set or something, so that's why i don't have them. Do you think they have these lug nuts at any tire place?

They are snowflake wheels off of 2000-2002 models. Yes, any decent tire shop should have them. They are just basic lugnuts.
