Default Transmission Flush, car 115,200 miles

03 Neon Sxt 2.0. I have heard that if you do a flush for a car that is over 100, 000 miles on it its bad for the transmission? Im confused, some people say no, some yes. What do you think, should i do a flush or no?

If it is a machine flush that places like Jiffy Lube and such offer, including the dealerships generally, it's bad no matter how many miles are on the car. Has the transmission had regular fluid and filter changes? If so, there should be no need for a flush. If not or there was some mechanical problem, such as what I had, there is a "proper" way to flush a transmission. It probably used a bit more fluid, but it's completely safe vs. the backflushing.

And, me personally probably would not change it either.
