I am trying to get this pulley off the tensioner arm since I have the engine bracket off for a timing belt change. It has a bolt with a T40 Torx sockethead. The bolt is stuck in there real good and I am worried I will strip the head if I put any more torque on it to break it free.... Has anyone done this replacement ?? what trick did you use ??? Thanks....

 

I am doing the timing belt on a 2002 Neon. I have everything off and was wondering if anyone has ant tips on getting the crank pulley back on.
How do you know when it is all the way on ??
How do you keep the crank from rotating without damaging the outer timing belt cover ?
