how can i turbo my 00 dodge neon? 121xxx miles on it. no other engine mods just a body kit and exhaust. what do i need to do to the motor to make it reliable with a turbo. i saw on another forum that i can put a dohc head on a soch block? would that make it easier or would i just be wating money?
