i really wouldn't trust them because they are not name brand and cost so cheap. I got arospeed coilovers and they are the real deal. Great quality and brand i can trust. cost about $120 on ebay. or go springs but get eibach sportline to drop it good, not pro kit.

how do you lower and raise the car, does it have to be off the ground, they sell some arospeed on ebay and they say you get the springs also for 114$ and is the ride stiff, i want stiff because my bodykit is low allready http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

Id get some ebach lowering springs. I have the groundcontrol coilovers and i love them. i have to jack the car up to adjust them. Those on ebay look cheap, id go with springs then.

i have been looking into lowering springs and coilovers for myself, and i have a question.

for either lowering spings or coilovers do you need to get new shocks or any parts to complete the install from stock?

any help will be greatly appreciated

The arospeed coilovers are great and ride stiff. Depending on the mileage your car's shocks wil last, but if you want a more comfortable ride withe the drop get shocks. I recommend Tokiko illiminas or KYB gr2's. Your car's shcoks will last withe either coilover or spring. I chose coiovers because i wanted adjustables and didn't like the way my car felt with springs. Plus the drop it says it will do isn't all that acccurate so i can't trust it to drop how much i want it to. Thats why i decided to adjust them my slef to my personal specs. Sont forget to get chamber corrections and a allignment. I believe like .7 negative in front and 0 in rear or something.
