Exclamation 2005 Dodge Neon SXT

Ok.. So here's a little history behind my car.

It has 33,000 miles on it, used to run great until the PCM went out and now I'm having nothing but problems.

A few months ago my car died wouldn't turn over nothing, had it towed to the dealership they replaced the starter thinking that was the problem, that wasn't it, then they realized the PCM was out, they replaced that. I took it home, they didn't program it right, my Speedometer wasn't working and it wanted to go about 60mph while i was stopped at a stop light, i looked at it and realized they didn't clamp the air intake on tight enough and it had slipped off, well i fixed it, and then took it in and they programmed the PCM correctly.

Well since then my car sputters when i turn the airconditioning or the heat on like severely. Then after a few weeks of that it started sputtering whenever i was stopped even without the air on. Now it does that all the time, and when I'm stopped at a light and the light turns green i push on the gas it starts sputtering the engine light comes on and it starts blinking.. it feels like it takes 15 min just to accelerate up to 45mph after i reach that it's fine. it doesn't do this all the time, but enought to freak me out.

I just changed my spark plugs and wires about 6 months ago, i took them out last night to check them and they all looked fine. Also, about 2 weeks ago I changed my Cam Position Sensor and that didn't help at all.

my car is showing a code of P0303. Please help me I'm so confused as to what the heck my problem is!

Misfire on cylinder 3. Blinking CEL means a major misfire problem that is causing catalytic converter damage. STOP driving the car until it is fixed. If you are positive your wires and plugs are fine, how about the coil pack?

I haven't checked the coil pack.. How would I do that? I'm not the most savvy with cars, but I know how to do basic things, do you have a picture of what i should be looking at and looking for?
