alright my girlfriend's Neon is driving me nuts!! it's had this annoying vibration at idle in gear and when driving forward at any speed. i replaced the two stabilizers as they were shot and I checked the transmission mount and it's fine. no cracks or missing pieces. the fourth mount is what I'm worried about. i know it's bad and it needs to be replaced but its between the motor and wheelwell. how do yall replace that mount? will the motor need to come out? any tricks i should know when replacing that mount?

 

is that the one covering the timing belt if so have fun its a pain in the *** i broke the screw in on my neon somehow and had to replace it
