Default Changing 02 Sensor in 04 Neon 2.0

Hey I just hit 114k mileage on my car and now my check engine light came on, which is to be expected. I checked it and it told me that i need to change my oxygen sensor. I am pretty sure i can do this myself and would like to have some directions on doing so but cant really find anything online and was wondering if someone would help me out with that information. It would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

You need an O2 sensor socket and a 1/2 drive ratchet for the upper one. Usually a 7/8 wrench will work for the dowsntream O2. You may need to enlist the help of someone strong because those things are a bear to get loose after being in there so long. When you're done disconnect the battery for a few minutes to erase the codes.

Don't bust a knuckle! If you do the proper MANLY way to react is to stick the knuckle in your mouth, suck the blood off and tear the loose flesh off with your teeth in one swift motion, kinda like pulling a tooth. Then you rub some dirt in it to stop the bleeding.
