just got done reading the "The Official 2nd Gen FAQ and Performance Thread" and it says you can buy a pcm flash for second gens to change the rev limiter to 7200. I have been searching and want to know 1. where can you buy one of these pcm's/pcm flashes? 2. how high can the stock sxt engine rev without destroying its self?(2002) and is the valve train the limiting factor?

any help would be much appreciated

 

Out of curiosity, what do you have done to the engine that requires a 7,200+ RPM limit?

 

nothing that requires it yet I am just planning out a little build.
