if all new plugs wires and coil

likely bad injector(when its running put a screwdriver to your ear and touch the tip to the dead cylinders injector, u should hear rapid clickng)
do compression test on the dead cylinder to rule out any mechanical damage(bad valve)

get rid of that miss and the shudder will follow
