Hi, I'm new to this forum and I would like to know if somebody can tell me what can be the cause of my Dodge Sx 2.0 Sport wasting soo much gas... I fueled up with 32 Litres and just give me 250 Kms everytime, what can be the cause of this problem ? already performed a tune-up and no change... thank you

Welcome to the site. What year is your SX 2.0 so I can move this thread to the correct Neon section?

If your lookin for better gas mileage an intake with a k&n filter might help or maybe some gas cleaning stuff seeing your fuel may be clogged . Happens every so often in my 04 sxt. I just add the fuel injector cleaner and my gas mileage is better. Also might need new plugs and wires.

What exactly did your tune-up consist of? Perhaps it is your method of driving (too much gas pedal)? Perhaps it is the area you live in (are there steeper grades)? Are the tires at the correct PSI, while cold?

What about answering the other two questions? Don't take it so personal; trying to help by asking common questions about common causes of low gas mileage. Sometimes, people don't realize things until others point it out.

How about the coil packs if you have them on the 2.0?
