Default 2003 sx no start

Parked my SX in garage before xmas. Went to get it out 6 days latter and encountered a no start situation. Checked dtc that were showing up P-688 and P-685. (asd cicuit low and asd relay) .....checked all grounds and no issues there. bypassed asd relay pin 30 and 68a in PDC and car starts. Short of replacing cam and crank sensors anyone with ideas as to why it wont start normally?

Replacing the ASD relay still results in a no-start?

Yes tried the horn relay in place of the asd relay still no start. Car starts when I jumper the the switched terminals of the asd relay.

P0688 says to diagnose P0685 first, so...

Here's the pinout for the ASD, for the B+ Circuit:

If the testing for this checks out, the other code lists the PCM as a possible cause too.
