i have a 2000 dodge neon with 2.0 sohc i had the valves go out and i got another head to replace it i bought a 1998 sohc but it has a egr on it and my 2000 doesnt what do i do plz help and explain what to do can i just block it with something or bypass please list the steps to do thanks alot and everybody have a good day

 

I don't recall 2gn Neon's having EGR. You'll have to make a block-off plate.

 

Just put a plate over the hole or leave the valve on but don't connect it. no BFD.

 

Yeah 2nd gen's don't have an EGR, which really makes me wonder how Dodge managed to keep NOX emissions down at cruising speed.
