Hey all. Sorry didnt get pics done yet for the sxt. I am having a problem lowering my car. My original setup a while back was the stock struts with megan racing springs. The new setup is srt stock struts with the eibach red springs. They were taken off my brothers srt when he got his coilover setup. I got em because I have the srt rims and wanted better clearance. Problem is, it doesnt sit the way his srt did when they were on his ride. It has a good drop in the front but the back end still sits a tad high instead of making her look even from front to back. The clearance in the wheel wells are the same but I want the look where the back end almost tucks when she sits flat. I am pondering the thought of putting the rear springs onto my sxt struts and giving myself that extra 1/2 inch drop in the back but am worried about the tires rubbing the strut and also losing the rear swaybar connectors found on the srt struts. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

I would try putting the springs on with your stock sxt struts in the rear and see what that does and your springs are the sportlines which are nice but hard on your stock struts. Never had srt struts before on my sxt but have the srt mopar springs on my neon with blue struts the mopars dont lower much at all . Cool that you got your brothers springs those sportlines are like 200 bucks new.

 

Hell yeah he hooked me up. Got em for FREE!!! I really need to post some pics for you guys. Maybe do a walkaround and post to youtube. I just converted my exhaust to a side exit as well. Next on the list is HID headlight assemblies running 6k bulbs.

 

Sideexit exhaust been wanting to do that to my sxt but my husband said its a corvette thing and he hates corvettes. Dont see any sxts with them so yeah post some pics up of your sxt with the srt wheels and new drop and sideexit . Your getting a new drop and alot of other neons are cant wait to get my bcs on got them off the acr I just got for a donor ride. So other than the headlight hids what else are you planning on doing.

 

Other than that, not too much. Gonna run a 50 shot nitro, get the mopar lip kit, maybe go full msd for rpm control for launching, and when I had my saltwater tank setup, I spilled some saltwater on the rear seats from when I used to buy the water from the local fish store, so I want to get srt seats all around as well. After that, I am done...............for a while.

 

Srt seats are awesome lookin Im waiting to install my acr seats from that donor acr and the stage3 turbo with all the engine mods that it came with .
