My name is robert. and i have a oil leak in my 01 dodge neon that is coming from the oil pump or oil pump cover, what does it take to fix this leak.?

hey robert! This new sucks but currently doing the same thing! Not an easy process getting to the pumps on these! Matter of fact, this is why I`m on here now, looking for the pump seals, (no luck yet), saw u on the google page so thought i`d stop real quick. gotta drop mounts, pan harmonic balancer, timing cover, crank pulley to get to this guy, not easy but do-able! grrr All i can say at this moment is old timers r smart & auto engineers for years now r idiots! Scream if ya need help, will check back! goodluck!
