I too was having problems opening this file after joining here & on Google. I took advice to clear my cookie cache again & also went a step further, signed out & logged in again here & on Google, then WALA, like "Open Sesame" the file opened!!!!

Dude, I have done everything to try to get that file. Signed in and out of Google twice, cleared my cookies and history, and stood on my head. I just can't get it to work. Thank you anyway. Even if I don't get the file, stuff like this helps.

Try the steps I took in post 11, they worked for me to open the files when I was having problems accessing them.
We need to be a member here & on Google & be Currently logged in on Both accounts, for the files to open.
I also took advice to First clear my cookies, then I decided to freshly log in to Google, then freshly log in to my account here & was Then able to open the files.

EDIT, issue resolved, thanks for granting sharing to me.

I tried step 11 and even tried it from a fresh log in from my wife's computer that I never had signed into before and it said I needed permission.

Not sure what else to try. I was logged into both here and Google Drive.

Much appreciated if you'd let my neon in.

 

Did you log out of both places, then clear cookies, then log back in, Google first, then here? That's the routine I used after it was recommended I wipe cookies & try again & it worked for me.
