Default idle help
Hi i have a 2000 dodge neon 4cl when u start the car the idle goes up high and doesnt come down it also picks up speed on its own help

have you checked for codes? it could be your TPS or IAC.

Could be that or a vacuum leak too.

torn accordion tube from throttle body to intake manifold
Usually tear on the underside where u cant see it. Take it off and have a good look around the ribs for splits
