Default O2 Sensors

How many O2 sensors do we have? Is there just the one right at the exhaust manifold or am I missing one?

There are two O2 sensors. The upstream O2 sensor is before the cat; downsteam is in the cat.

LEV Neons only have one O2 sensor in the downstream position.
Export Neons have two O2 sensors; one upstream before the cat and one downstream after the cat.

is there a way to bypass the downstream sensor? i should be doing an exhaust system here soon and i want to lose the cat

Nevermind, I found out how to do it and it's really cheap and easy.

do they do any clean air testing where you live? if so removing the cat will cause your car to fail. here in Ontario Canada if your car fails you cannot get your sticker to renew your plates
