Default 2005 Dodge Neon Water leak

Hey guys and girls!

I need your help once again.... I recently discovered that my floorboard on the passenger side of my 2005 Dodge Neon was getting wet. I now discovered that after a heavy or medium downpour , there is more water leaking on the floorboard especially when I start the car and take off and make a sharp turn. It sounds like there is water gushing and then it drips from some sort of cylinder that is located underneath the dashboard. Also every time I turn on my A/C or heater it sounds like somebody just stepped on a coke can. I searched this forum , and it is not my taillights , because my trunk is dry and so are my backseats. What could it be? And how do I fix?

Thanks!!!

There is a thread or two somewhere about this. It has to do with a seam under the cowl that needs to be sealed up, IIRC.
