#1 Sluggish Acceleration #2 Grinding from 2nd to 3rd
Okay couple of problems.
I have a 04 Neon SXT 5-spd, when I am accelerating it is a lot more sluggish than it was 6 months to a 1 yr ago. I have changed plugs (copper) and wires. Also, have run fuel injector cleaner through system twice.
Secondly, when I am shifting (clutch all the way to the floor) from 2nd to 3rd I get a grinding going into 3rd. I know 100% that the clutch is 100% pressed and I don't know if there is a way for me to adjust he hydraulic clutch. I doesn't look like if from my research.
Any ideas would be great.

If it only does it from 2nd to 3rd then you can usually rule out the clutch.
Sounds like the syncros, linkage, or maybe trans/engine mounts can all cause the same thing.
Mounts may also cause you engine to feel more "sluggish"
