2000 Neon ES. Randomly this car likes to overheat. I have found that when it happens the fan is not running. I have replaced the fan relay and from what I can see the only other thing that can stop the fan from running is the PCM unit. Has anyone else have had this problem?

Does it over heat when the car is idling at a stop or highway speeds?
