2005 Neon Backfiring (new PCM)
I replaced the PCM after the old one going bad. Now when I start the car it revs all the way up to 8k RPM's, then idles hard, around 2k. And continues to back fire. Sometimes have a real hard time getting it started.
The company I bought the used PCM from assured me it was from a manual 2005 dodge neon (as like mine), and that it was programmed with my VIN and mileage. I have a SKIM sentry key, so I know it was programmed with the correct VIN.
Any ideas on why it won't run? It runs extremely rough.
