Default sub frame/swing arm bolt question

i'm replacing the sub frame/cross frame on a 2000 neon & have a bolt nut question.

I have all the bolts off except for the rearmost one on the drivers side swing arm. it's spinning in place. i don't see a way to get into that nut.

Any suggestions? a good diagram?

Thanks

that nuts supposed to be tackwelded to a little plate that holds it while its tightened.

if they crossed it at the factory it will break the tacks and spin inside the frame rail.

may have to make an access hole

Thanks. I think the plate must have rusted & it crumbled inside the frame.
Am thinking you are right and a small hole on the side so I can get a wrench on the nut should be ok.
