Default window noise after replacing speakers

My first post! I had the front door speakers on my 2000 Neon replaced at Best Buy. Now the passenger door has window noise, like it's not rolled up all the way (which it seems to be). BB says the speaker replacement shouldn't have affected the window mechanism-but it wasn't doing that before. . . He suggested I replace the weatherstripping. Is BB correct? Or should they remove the door panel and fix the window crank? Or is there something else which can be done? Thanks for the help!

tell them to put back the plastic membrane and seal it all around properly like the factory

they peel the plastic bac to do what they have to do now the adhesive doesnt re-stick good. or perhaps they took it off completely? i suggest you watch over their shoulders when you take it back to them to fix

So the noise may not be from the window, but caused by the plastic membrane not being replaced or reinstalled incorrectly? Thank you and I'll bring the car back to them to check it!
