I have a 2000 neon. When I leave from a stop I have a whobble feeling in the front tires, wich con't while driveing getting worse after 60kmh, leveling off if I stay at 50. Also the steering wheel vibrates and shake while driving. It also pulls to the right a lot. Any help would be of great assistance.

 

Sounds like you need a tire balance, suspension and alignment check.
