Hey all, I have a 2002 Neon LE and the door handles are sticking in the 'open' position. So for example, if you go and get in the car when you sit in and close the door the latch doesn't engage because the handle is stuck in the open position. I'm sure there is something that needs lubing, anyone know how to fix this issue?

I'm not very mechanically inclined nor do I have many tools so hopefully this can be fixed easily.

 

Probably need to lube the spring underneath the handle. That is what is exposed to the elements, so most likely the cause.
