Default Rocker panels, Rear quarter panels other misc parts

I was wondering if any of you know where i could find a rear quarter panel replacement and rocker panel replacements. My neon has accumulated some rust over the years and would like to fix these issues the right way so they dont come back anytime soon. I am trying not to go the welding sheet metal route but if i have to then i will. I was looking for a better alternative.

I was also looking for new headliner and visors since mine is sagging. Any direction would be greatly appreciated and helpful

is it surface rust or is it rusting through because if its just suface rust you can sand it off and then theres a primer that you can get that acctualy kills the rust i cant remember what it is called though .
unfortunatly the only replacments i know of would be to make patch panels or replace the whole panel but either way your going to have to do some welding and some body work

i would look online for replacments for the headliner and visors

for the headliner and visors go to an upholstery shop and have them redone.

Its rusted pretty much through in some areas. welding and body work isnt the issue just id rather chop and replace full quarter panels than parts of one.

not easy to do i replaced a quarter on an 2001 neon in school getting it lined up just right is a pain and becareful when you cut the spot welds around the taillight the basket is so flimsy it bends out of shape real easy and the panel comes with the section that goes under the roof panel so modification is necessary
