Default Where is location of the power steering pressure switch on Neon 2000

Hi everyone,

I have Dodge Neon 2000 manual transmision. Lately during the hot days, while the aircondition was on, my idling speed started going crazy. It would go up to 4000 pm without me touching the acelerating pedal. I went to Autozone where they diagnosed code po550- bad power steering pressure switch. I got a new switch but I don't know the location of the switch in my car. So please could anyone tell me where is the switch located and is the switch real cause of the problem?

It's on the rack and pinion (it's on the top I think, should be able to find it pretty easily from underneath) and yes, it can affect idle speed.
