I ordered a new set of LED Halo projecter lights and i finally recieved them in the mail. I looked in the Chiltons Repair manual for a 2000 neon and it didnt mention how to wire these extra wires.. So how do i do this.. id like to know ASAP because theyre being installed tomorrow.. if anyone knows how or has advice, please give it, its much appriciated!

You can wire them how ever you want. If you want them to come on with the car get power from a switched source( key on) if you want them to come on with the parking lights get power from there, if you want them to come on with the headlights get power from there. Off hand I do not know the wire colors, grab your multimeter and test for voltage.
