Default steering column replacement

I have just replaced my steering column on my 04 neon do to so punks try n to steal it . now that i have replaced the steering column and when i go to start it nothing . . it does have the IMMOBILISER on . do i have to have it reprogramed it ? or is thier anything else i good do ?

did you reuse your original immobilizer module? If not, it will need to be programmed

No sir , it was broke . when i got the new column it had one already on it . everything works excpt for turning over.

You have to get to a shop with a DRBIII and have the Immobilizer system reprogrammed then. If one component is changed, you need reprogramming (which really is the whole point of it, so people can't just swap a part and take your car).
