Default Electrical Problemz

Hi, I have a 2002 Neon and recently replaced my stock radio with an older Kenwood that I've used in other vehicles. I couldnt get it to install correctly unless I connected the yellow and red's together. Well after I did this the radio turned on, but I blew a fuse somewhere. I checked the fuses on the interior, and none look blown. But every time I start the car, my dash instruments restart and radio restarts. Also, it says fuse blown where my mileage is displayed when I first start it up, but then fades.

When the engine isn't on my lights, dash, electronic locks, dome light, and remote entry do not work. Basically, anything that is connected to the constant battery. Not sure where the fuse would be if that is the problem! Please help if you can!!!! TY!

There are fuses and relays in the engine bay too. Did you check all of those?
