Why would you get a stage 3 clutch with minor to no mods? The power increase will be noticeable, but not overwhelming. LIke said before the only thing that is really gonna kick your *** back in the seat is turbo or nitrous.

 

the reason why i said get a stage three clutch becasue it holds better than stock and the modular clutchmaster stage 3 clutch is mad for cars that aren't running serious horsepower. i own a manual trans i race my neon alot and i know i can put more horsepower to the ground it the clutch didnt slip and yeah your stock doesnt hold like a aftermarket. upgraded you'll scratch in almost every gear stock you'll start loosing power because of racing it

 

Well its kinda pointless to mod an 04 w/ NGC controllers cuz they are really limiting...you might wanna get a stand alone if you got huge plans for it.... otherwise just do intake and exhaust.
