Default Magnaflow Muffler?

I'm about to order a magnaflow axleback muffler. my question is if by installing just the muffler, will it change the sound of the car? and will it give me any type of performance boost power wise?

If you are talking about a cat-back, install the whole thing. It is probally mandrel bent and will flow better as a whole.

i have a magnaflow muffler on my car, it does make the car sound louder, but it has a very deep, mild sound to it, and when u step on it, it sounds great...by axle back, u mean straight out? well if it is, mine is like that 2, and u get a good power boost from it.

well it says cat back which means just the muffler alone not a full catback, thats why i was wondering if just the muffler alone would affect the sound

i was just wondering, my muffler is straight out rather then sideways, i was told that if it is straight out its better for performance, does it really make a difference if it is sideways or straight??
