Default 2002 neon shakes at highway speed

I have a 2002 dodge neon with around 132,000 miles on it. When I take the car on the highway 60 plus usually the car starts to shake really bad. Had a friend call me after work following me one day and said my back right wheel was woobling around. I took the car to a tire shop and had them do an alignment on it didnt solve the problem.

I had the tires aligned didnt mention anything the shop about the car shaking assumed if there was a bent rim or something that it would of caused an issue during the balance.

Aligning them and balancing them aren't the same. They balance them by putting small weights on each individual rim.

yes I know that. Im sorry probley was not very clear with the post. I had the car alligned. Then shortly after that had the tires balanced hoping that would fix the problem. Which it did not. The car sat for two years in my backyard. When i got it running again the brakes were locked up. Girlfriends dad helped me getting them unlocked by beating on the rim with a hammer. Im wondering if the beating on them would of done something to them. Since people have told me that back right wheel woobles when driving. My first thought would be a bent rim but I assume that you would notice that if you tried to balance your tires. Look behind the wheel while ill admit that my knowledge of cars isent the greatest. there isent a whole lot down there that be causing it to wooble. It has always shoke somewhat at high speeds I just assumed that was part of neon ownership.

No car should shake. Perhaps the rear control arm bushings are bad?
