And defeating the purpose of having a brighter light. If you just want headlights for looks, and not safety at night, I suppose that's a workable idea.

The only problems I have had is a couple of the leds for the angel eyes have burned out (wired to key on power). Had them about a year I think. Here are a couple of pics for ya. Just make sure you adjust them correctly.

Default 2003 Dodge Neon (HID's)

how do I know how blue the bulbs are going to be when I go to buy HID's..?
the last set I bought said ultra blue on them but appear white.
The only time you see a blueish tint to them is in the winter.
these bulbs were not the HID's .. they were the direct connect halogen lights that don't need the ballasts.

Look for a color chart from the manufacturer.
