my horn doesnt work on my 2000 neon, i cant seem to figer it out any ideas?

 

I had that same prob recently, it was a bad connection @ the horn, which was a crappy horn anyways due to its location water gets in there sometimes so I went to harbor freight and bought a $37 bad boy horn, it fits perfectly in the steel front bumper underneath, I'll snap a phone of it for you tonight. 1 bolt, 2 wires and put in a 20amp fuse in the fuse panel as the 10a popped a few times in traffic getting peoples attention hehe

It's loud too
