03 SE Struggling At Stops, Broke Down Today & Restarted 20mins Later

03 SE Struggling At Stops, Broke Down Today & Restarted 20mins Later
I have an 03' Dodge Neon SE. It's standard with nothing special.
I'v been having issues with it struggling when ideling & Sometimes it will cut off if I'm not pressing the gas & Brake at the same time when stopped at a light. It does this sometimes & Sometimes not. Also when it's going to stall the check engine light flashes for about a minute & When I go, It stays on but doesn't blink anymore. A few weeks ago it would not start. I went back & Tried it about 30mins later & It started. Still having the same issues. I took it to have the check engine light checked & The guy said the machine wasn't reading, It was getting an error. He could have not known what He was doing, I'm not sure. My battery is good. Today it broke down & Thankfully I happened to be at Auto Zone. Whats the chances right? Lol! The guy pulled the spark plug wire & Put another spark to it & Said it wasn't getting spark. He stated it could be the coil pack but there was nothing He could really do. So I sat there for a moment wondering if it would start again soon since it had done this a few weeks ago. 20mins later, It started. What the heck is up with My car? Seems like the gas goes quickly also. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks so much!
