White smoke out of the tailpipe means coolant is getting into the oil, which isn't good. As for the leaking oil, it could be part of the coolant/oil problem, or somewhere else. Where is it leaking from (I mean: where is it dripping onto the ground from under the car)?

I'm going to go with a head gasket/crack issue. Check your compression and that will tell you a lot.

Try this test to see if your head gasket is blown.

As for the oil, how much does it leak? My Neon leaks a bit of oil, but I'm just proactive about checking the dipstick and making sure to add some, if it's lost too much.

What's the weather like around you? On certain days, all cars emit some white smoke from the tailpipe. There's also some condensation buildup when the car is just sitting, so it'll sometimes smoke when it's first started.

If your car is still smoking after it's been running for a while, and there are no other cars that have smoke coming out of them, then you've probably got a problem.

Right side...as in the correct right side? Or right side as in looking at the engine from the front of the car? If it's the latter, it is likely a bad/loose oil pressure sensor.

As long as your oil level is in the right place on the dipstick and the car runs properly, I wouldn't worry about it. Definitely go with Darth's advise and check the sensor, though.
