Hello! I am new here and yes, looking for help!

I own a 2005 Neon SXT. It was a salvage titled car. I have had the car about two weeks now and it has worked fine until today. While driving down the road, I am randomly getting a "popping" noise every few minutes and immediately the dash lights and radio flicker off and then come right back on...any ideas on what I should be checking to fix this??? TIA!!!
