the alternator went out and i replaced it on my 2002 neon 2.0 well i went to start it and my tach and speed odmeter are pegged out and wont return to zero can anyone tell me what happend and how to fix it??????

 

easy fix either take the cluster out and rotate it upside down or do it how i did hold the trip button down while turning the key from off to acc off to acc off to acc then release the trip button and keep the key to acc mode or to the mode where u see the dash lights on.

 

The cluster reset is the best way...
