does anyone show their car.....
I have a 2002 se and my son and I are working on making it a show car. Does anyone have any pictures? I have a body kit, mirrors, and head lights ordered. I'm thinking of the blue on the new ford focus. Need input for engine, suspension, and interior.
What exactly are you looking for input on? Do you want the car to be all show and no go, show and go, or actually functional? Looks are all preference. You may hate what I love and vice versa. For example, IMO, most any aftermarket mirrors look like complete crap.
I am looking for show and go. Daily driver but with show and performance appeal. I am mainly wanting input on interior and performance upgrades. I am having difficulty finding anywhere that sales 2.0 performance anything except exhaust and intake. I like opinions I may not use all of them but if you give me an opinion i may be able to take it and twist it slightly to something I like. Interiors I am lost on. Any ideas or thoughts on that especially wuld be nice.
There's not much performance wise for the 2.0L SOHC because, well, most anything besides a turbo doesn't do too much. You've also got to figure the car is getting to be old (and also discontinued), so aftermarket parts are going to dwindle. There's not a big Dodge Neon following that makes producing aftermarket parts profitable or worth while much anymore. Usually, the bigger known performance parts are bought used in classified sections. Modern Performance is one of the biggest Neon parts retailers; check them out for what new performance/appearance parts are still around.
You can also get crafty and install a DOHC intake manifold and install an RPM switch so the intake secondaries are functional and so on.
P.S.- Those style mirrors are exactly what I was thinking of...just not my thing

personally i would love to find one of the SRT-design front bumpers.
(think the srt-4 with out the "nostrils")
Zero Style Mirrors- the name says it all.
