Default Tein Lowering Springs

sup yall, im lookin to buy Tein lowering springs off of ebay, im lookin at the S.tech and the H.tech, i was looking at the drop measurements and it said that the s.tech can drop 2 inches front and back, and the h.tech drops it 1.4 inches front and back, i wana get the one that can lower it the most, but why does the h.tech cost more, shouldnt the spring that lowers the car more cost more?
s.tech cost $165 shipped and the h.tech is $176 shipped, basically which one is better?

what tools do i need to install the springs? is it hard? how long does it take?
thanks
its on 03 neon sxt

just get the one that lowers more and stop asking questions but the reason is that the more u lower the car the more stress ur putting on ur struts, thus they can wear faster and so the springs cant be as stable as lowering springs that lower less, cause itsa a safer lower while the other is not as safe.
