Im trying to fix my neon after getting a P0302 engine trouble code.

I believe that it is a cylinder two misfire.

Can someone please tell me which cylinder is the number 2 cylinder??

its a 2002 single cam engine.

Looking at your engine from the front of the car....hood popped etc.....it should be the second one over from the left (if you start from passenger side of motor).

 

Numbered from the front of the engine not the front of the car. IE the end away from the trans. So standing in front of the car just like reading a book(At least in English).
