Default 01 Neon es Front end noise

So this is the last issue I have to fix with this neon and it will be problem free. There is a noise that comes from the front end, but usually you can only here it when you hit a bump. Since I have had the car I have replaced both Front wheel bearings, both the front struts, and the outter driver side tie rod end, so I know that the problem is not in any of those things. What other things can this be? Would a bad ball joint cause this to happen? Could it be a lose mount? Any suggestions with a possible way to test it would be great.
Thanks

I guess im not completely sure on how to explain it. Kind of like a dull klunk its not very loud. It kind of sounds like something is lose so something is moving around freely but ive looked under there and everything seems fine. I guess I could be missing something.

From the Buying a Used Neon? thread...

Some sounds to listen for:
Squeaking and/or creaking while going over bumps- worn/torn lower control arm bushings or sway bar bushings.
Creaking while turning- worn outer tie rod ends.
Clunking while going over bumps- worn lower ball joints or sway bar bushings.
