I have a 2001 neon manual trans base model. Ive changed the coolant temp senor and check the relay its good but can not get it to run not even when i turn ac on. plus am getting allkinda random codes thats when reset something else kicks like at frist it was intake air temp sensor and ignition coil. now its cam position sensor could it be my ecu is bad? Cause theres voltage to the fuse box plus i checked the ground wire on fan all seems fine but cant figure it out any help is welcome.

 

How did you check the relay? Have you checked for 12V at the fan?.. Unplug the connector and use a test light in between the 2 terminals and turn the A/C on full cold, full blast.

If it lights up then you most likely need a new fan, if it does not then you need to diagnose it further.
