Its a 2000 neon with a 2.0. I replaced the rad and now the car wont start. I disconnected the CPS and still nothing. I am getting fuel and spark. Now when i did the rad i disconnected the plugs off of the pcm so i wouldnt damange them. Would that have anything to do with it.

 

Perhaps they aren't seated correctly? No coolant mixture got on them or the PCM, did it?
